I completed Martin Ucik's transformative 26-module Integral Relationship Professional Course, which integrates psychological, developmental, spiritual, and complex trauma-informed principles to cultivate conscious, resilient, and sustainable love relationships.
The course provides a deep understanding of the four dimensions of relating—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual—through a trauma-aware lens that respects the nervous system and individual histories.
I developed insights into the stages of consciousness and ego development, learning how unresolved trauma and attachment wounds influence relational growth and capacity for intimacy.
Through trauma-informed communication training, I refined my ability to support emotionally safe dialogue using compassionate, needs-based approaches, especially valuable when working with clients navigating relational triggers or dysregulation.
